What a refreshing change!!! Yes, there are Real Estate Agents that do really care not only for an owner of a property but also for the tenant. Believe it or not! I have had to rent for a period of time in Townsville and I honestly say without a word of lie that it has been a harrowing experience. At times, I have needed to call in external resources to get things moving with the residence. The sheer frustration or writing emails, unpleasant phone contacts by some property managers has been overwhelming and nothing ever seemed to get done.

By sheer chance, came along my introduction to DM Realty. Right from the first phone call to Margaret I could not belive the friendliness and the helpfulness. I explained my situation and she automatically suggested meeting me out of hours to show to me and my daughter the unit. I was so taken back by this that I told her, "That this sort of service just does not exist anymore and how much we appreciate it".

We accepted the unit and had approval without any fuss or time delay. DM Realty kept me informed with every step of the way so I was not left wondering what the staus of the application was. My teenage daughter who had been with me searching for rental properties commented on the way DM Realty--They conducted themselves in such a manner that you feel right at home and they truly and sincerely with help you in any way they can. My daughter also stated "We should have gone to them straight away instead of wasting time all this time with other agents."

I believe this says it all. I am so happy and reassured with the real service that I have recived from DM Realty for the first time since I have started to rent. DM Realty--Thankyou for all your help and assistance. I will definitely spread the word. Your great!!

Before, During & After Cycone Yasi we were posting lots of things to keep people informed about the cyclone on our DM Realty page. We received an overwhelming reponse to our posts that we decided that we wanted to continue and we also wanted to share other great things that are happening up north to try to build community spirit after this natural disaster. We didn't think that this page was really the appropriate place for doing that as we wanted to dedicate this page mainly to real estate matters so Townsville Nth QLD (The DM Realty Team) was developed for this purpose. We encourage everyone who is a fan of DM Realty or anyone who is interested in what is happening in North Qld to check this new community page out and become a member of it. We also encourage people to share things that they about that is happening in Nth QLD.
